Baking Master Class!
Learn how to make artisan breads with our senior Flour Pot Bakers!
The tickets for this exclusive class are available to purchase through the crowdfunding page of the Brighton and Hove Food Partnership, all money raised from this class
will be going towards funding their Community kitchen.
The class includes :
4hour baking session at The Flour Pot Bakery HQ
Our Senior Bakers will teach you how to knead, shape and bake a range of sourdough and yeasted artisan breads. During the course, you will also learn how to create and maintain a sourdough starter.
The course will take place at our production bakery, all bread will be baked on our stone-deck ovens. The day will start with coffee and freshly baked Flour Pot treats. Lunch will also be included; this is a good opportunity to pick our Senior Bakers minds on any questions you may
have on how to create the perfect loaf.
Along with all the freshly baked bread you will have made that day and the recipes to go along with them, you will go home with a Flour Pot branded apron, your very own tote bag, and your sourdough starter to get you on the journey to better bread!
