What is happening at the Flour Pot
We are collaborating with oyster experts Andain & Wilde and Ridgeview Wines to present an evening of feasting at our latest Flour Pot on Brighton beach front. We will be guiding you through this unique experience with plenty of tasting notes on all of our food and wines.
After enjoying our wonderful view and a welcome drink on our terrace, you will sit down all together to enjoy Pacific, Lochnell and Maldon Wild oysters, paired with a Ridgeview Blanc de Blanc.
You’ll also be able to enjoy our family-style dining dishes from the new beachside Flour Pot Kitchen menu including a delicious Sicilian seafood stew, followed by a main course of roasted short rib of local organic beef from with horseradish and carrot ketchup. We will end with something sweetly surprising of course!

Ever wanted to learn about what makes the perfect coffee?
Here is your opportunity! With UK Coffee Week coming up, we thought it would be the perfect time to host an Evening of Coffee with our very own Flour Pot Baristas, in aid of raising money for Project Waterfall.
We will be hosting two of these events during UK Coffee Week,
at our First Avenue store, 41 First Avenue.
The dates are April 17th and 18th, 6.30pm – 9pm

You will also have the opportunity to ask our experts anything about coffee and see why,

We will also have plenty of hot cross buns and loaves in stock, as well as our chocolate Easter bunnies, hot coffee and tea!

Learn how to make artisan breads with our senior Flour Pot Bakers!
The tickets for this exclusive class are available to purchase through the crowdfunding page of the Brighton and Hove Food Partnership, all money raised from this class
will be going towards funding their Community kitchen.
The class includes :
4hour baking session at The Flour Pot Bakery HQ
Our Senior Bakers will teach you how to knead, shape and bake a range of sourdough and yeasted artisan breads. During the course, you will also learn how to create and maintain a sourdough starter.
The course will take place at our production bakery, all bread will be baked on our stone-deck ovens. The day will start with coffee and freshly baked Flour Pot treats. Lunch will also be included; this is a good opportunity to pick our Senior Bakers minds on any questions you may
have on how to create the perfect loaf.
Along with all the freshly baked bread you will have made that day and the recipes to go along with them, you will go home with a Flour Pot branded apron, your very own tote bag, and your sourdough starter to get you on the journey to better bread!
Just bring yourself and any bread questions you have.

on Saturday 24th March at 11am.
Many of you ask us for vegan products, on a daily basis. We have been quietly and carefully researching and developing our vegan pastries over the last 2 months, after listening to you. We have finally found our perfect pastry, the croissant and the pain au chocolat, shown here with a cup of oat milk coffee..
