What is happening at the Flour Pot

our seafront site is open!

Flour Pot Sunset

We are very excited to announce that the Flour Pot Bakery has a new licensed café
restaurant now open in King’s Road Arches on Brighton’s iconic beachfront
esplanade right next to the i360.

The Flour Pot Kitchen is an exciting new twist on our local Flour Pot shops. Alongside
artisan breads, freshly made sandwiches, pastries and our own locally roasted Flour Pot
coffee, we will be serving a selection of delicious sourdough pizzas, small sharing plates
and seasonal specials on our all day and evening dining menu.
A carefully sourced selection of seasonal wines will be available from Les Caves de
Pyrene. Freedom Brewery craft beers and Trenchmore Farm cider have been chosen as
part of our commitment to collaborations with high quality local and independent
businesses that share our ethos and high standards.

We cannot wait to welcome you to the arches this summer for a cold beer on our terrace,
a glass of wine with your pizza or perhaps a freshly roasted coffee and warm pastry to start your day with!

We wanted to share this view!

The Flour Pot Bakery and Kitchen are opening the doors to our latest venture, combining classic Flour Pot baked goodies with a new evening dining twist.

We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic, hospitality focussed people to work with us.

Chefs, waiting staff and baristas are wanted, please send your covering letter and cv to hello@theflourpot.co.uk

It’s going to be an incredible summer down on Brighton Beach!!

How have you been celebrating Real Bread Week? We launched our Baking Masterclass, gave away sourdough with our branded tote bags, as well as being featured in the Argus talking all things bread!

Please continue to support local, artisan bakers and keep the community bakeries going!

Baking Master Class!

Learn how to make artisan breads with our senior Flour Pot Bakers!
The tickets for this exclusive class are available to purchase through the crowdfunding page of the Brighton and Hove Food Partnership, all money raised from this class
will be going towards funding their Community kitchen.

The class includes :

4hour baking session at The Flour Pot Bakery HQ

Our Senior Bakers will teach you how to knead, shape and bake a range of sourdough and yeasted artisan breads. During the course, you will also learn how to create and maintain a sourdough starter.

The course will take place at our production bakery, all bread will be baked on our stone-deck ovens. The day will start with coffee and freshly baked Flour Pot treats. Lunch will also be included; this is a good opportunity to pick our Senior Bakers minds on any questions you may
have on how to create the perfect loaf.

Along with all the freshly baked bread you will have made that day and the recipes to go along with them, you will go home with a Flour Pot branded apron, your very own tote bag, and your sourdough starter to get you on the journey to better bread!

Just bring yourself and any bread questions you have.

This will take place at our Production bakery
on Saturday 24th March at 11am.
