40 Sydney Street

Brighton, BN1 4EP

Our Sydney Street shop can be found in the bustling centre of Brighton’s historic North Laine. This enormously popular destination for the city’s locals and visitors alike serves The Flour Pot’s delicious sandwiches, flatbread pizzas and soups, which are all made daily by our supremely talented team of bakers and chefs in our artisan bakery and kitchen located just 10 minutes away.

While many of our customers are grabbing great food on the go, those with more time to relax are welcomed with plenty of comfortable seating at the rear of the shop as well as out the front on one of the most iconic shopping streets in the city. As you sit and enjoy a slice of cake with our freshly roasted Signature Flour Pot coffee served to you by expert baristas you might also like to remember to be sure to take home some of our fresh pizza dough, which is available to buy every Wednesday or, on Fridays, one of our famous gourmet Doughnuts – that is, if these limited edition treats have not already sold out!

41 First Avenue

Hove, BN3 2FH

The Flour Pot First Avenue is our largest and busiest store to date. We are located just off Church Road in the heart of business and residential Hove in a unique piece of historical architecture that has been lovingly saved from dereliction by us to become a bright contemporary food and meeting place.

I now buy Kamagra in UK to reduce a long time of erection, but often do not feel sufficiently stimulated for orgasm. I'm wondering if other people have such a reaction.

First Avenue has plenty of comfortable seating inside and out for groups large and small as well as solo visitors to enjoy fabulous food and coffee throughout the day.

We have also incorporated our ‘grab n go’ fridge with seasonal fresh salads, soups and sandwiches for those on the move and like all of our shops, we welcome families and well-behaved dogs.

Our popular shop on Elm Grove is in the heart of the unique Hanover area of Brighton. Like all Flour Pot locations, this diminutive shop serves all your favourite freshly baked breads, cakes and sweet & savoury pastries seven days a week.

We were also pleased to be able to offer a bright outdoor terrace for our customers to enjoy a carefully crafted Signature Flour Pot coffee alongside a wide selection of yummy treats; and for lazy days at home or picnics in one of our amazing parks, Elm Grove is the perfect place to pick up fabulous bread, breakfast, lunch or a tasty snack.

Rumour has it

What some of our customers are saying about The Flour Pot

“Always an extremely pleasant and helpful team of staff at Hove and a superb product! The new coffee is to die for and the breads and pastries are simply divine. I really should stop eating pastry because of the waistline, but ‘donut Friday’ is just my weakness!”
Marc Edwards on Instagram

“Bread is my kryptonite, especially really good bread, so it’s difficult to describe the mix of horror and ecstasy that washed over me as I spied this recent addition to the North Laines. I could see our torrid romance flash before my eyes — I want you, but you’re no good for me, oh my god you’re amazing, oh my god I regret everything. And that’s basically how it went down…”

“Thought I’d drop you a line to tell you how much I enjoyed my club baguette for lunch today. I went out looking for a new sandwich place being fed up with the supermarkets and determined to ‘buy local’ going forward. I honestly have not had a tastier baguette for a long, long time. And the raspberry friand was delicious too. The bread was out of this world! And your staff were very friendly too.

I believe in praise for local produce and local business, so well done and thanks! I will return for more…”
