From a simple idea, something really special has happened here in Brighton, it’s called The Flour Pot Bakery and it’s more than just a kitchen or a shop. It’s a team of like minded people brought together to create great products that come from the heart.

“Never too big for a small job and never too small for a big job”.

Very important words in our camp, it’s because we celebrate the ‘family’ mentality and look after each other. With new opportunities around the corner and real customers who need our dedicated attention we share the day to day load and build on the values we started with.

If you believe you could have a future in hospitality or could see your self making cakes in a commercial production kitchen or maybe getting up for work, when everyone else is putting their heads down, to bake beautiful bread we want to hear from you. We are always looking for the right people to join the team.

You can find us all over Brighton now!

In addition to the opening of our latest store, Fiveways, you can find our bread and cakes in some of Brighton’s finest restaurants and cafes, like Riddle and Finns, The Breakfast Club, the newly opened Cherry Tree cafe in the Marina and The Little Blue Smokehouse to name a few. We provide Olly’s Fish Shack with bespoke buns for his incredible sustainable fish subs; he’s based down at Street Diner every Friday lunchtime off Queens Road. We also support Busby and Wild’s Burger Tuesday – literally, by supplying them with our brioche buns for their fantastic burgers!
